William “Willie D” Daniel is a musical entrepreneur in Austin, TX. He leads Willie D & The Hip Pockets and The Dreamland Dance Band, operates Dreamland Music, LLC and Blue Vada Records, composes for TGR’s episodic “Le Peep” Cabaret Revue and teaches Saxophone/Clarinet at Austin’s Strait School of Music. He previously worked as saxophonist and music director for legendary singer Soul Man Sam and MC for Antone’s “Blue Monday” series.
